Since 1978, Granville Island Boatyard has provided boat owners with haul-outs, lift services, maintenance, repairs, short-term storage, and access to experienced marine specialists. Located in False Creek, it continues to be an established part of the city’s working waterfront.

Heavy Lift Capability
Our 50-metric-ton travel lift handles vessels up to 75 feet (maximum beam: 18 feet). Round trip haul-outs, one-way lifts, quick lifts for inspections and short repairs, and emergency after-hours service when it cannot wait.
Work Done Right
Hull cleaning, pressure washing, soda blasting, boat repairs, and marine maintenance. Our own team handles the fundamentals. Our yard tenants cover everything else, from outboard engines and fiberglass to rigging and custom fabrication.
Central Vancouver Access
We're in False Creek at Granville Island. That means you're not trailering your boat an hour outside the city. The yard is here, the specialists are here, and the water is right there.
