Boatyard Services
What we do, clearly laid out. If you don't see what you need, call us. We've handled most things at least once.

Round Trip Haul-Out
A round trip haul-out is exactly what it sounds like: we lift your vessel out of the water, place it on boat stands in the yard, and launch it again when your work is complete. This is the standard service for vessel owners who need extended time out of the water for bottom painting, hull repairs, surveys, osmotic treatment, or any work that requires a dry hull.
Our 50-metric-ton travel lift's vertical width handles vessels up to 75 feet in length with a maximum beam of 18 feet. Yard storage rates apply from the moment your boat is blocked.

One-Way Lift
A one-way lift means we bring the vessel out of the water and hold it in the slings for a quick inspection, survey, or short repair job, then return it to the water. No blocking, no extended yard time. This service suits out-of-water surveys, propeller inspections, quick hull checks, and any job that can be completed while the vessel is suspended.
The first four hours in the holding bay are included. After that, daily bay rates apply. Vessels over 32 feet are not permitted in the holding bays as they block lift access for other boats.

Quick Lift
The quick lift is built for speed. Haul the boat, do the work, get it back in the water the same day whenever the schedule allows. This is the right call for hull cleaning, propeller work, below-waterline repairs, and pre-purchase surveys where you need eyes on the hull without committing to a full haul-out and yard storage.
Trailer to Yard
Arriving at the yard on a trailer? We can move your vessel from its trailer into the boatyard for maintenance, repairs, storage, or inspection. Our team handles the transfer carefully, so your boat is positioned correctly and ready for whatever work is planned. Island rules apply for larger trailerable boats between 30–35 ft.

Water to Trailer
Pulling your boat from the water and placing it directly onto a trailer for road transport, off-site storage, or sale. We use the travel lift to haul the vessel cleanly and position it safely onto your trailer. This service is ideal for moving your boat out of the water and onto the road.

Indoor Storage
If active work is underway on your vessel, indoor storage keeps the project protected from the elements and moving year-round. Weather delays are part of every outdoor project. Indoor storage eliminates them.
Outdoor Yard Storage
For vessels in active maintenance or repair, outdoor yard storage keeps the boat accessible and secure. Easy access for owners, contractors, and yard staff throughout the project.
Winter Storage
Prepare your vessel for the off-season and use our secure yard for short-term storage rather than trailering it to a suburban facility. Central False Creek location means your boat is here when you need it in spring.
Full storage rates are available on our Rates page.
Emergency After-Hours Lifts
If your vessel needs to come out of the water and it cannot wait for regular business hours, call us or the Coast Guard. After-hours emergency lifts are available subject to staff and equipment availability. An additional charge applies for after-hours service.
Do not email for emergencies—call our 24-hour line directly at (778) 988-3745.
